This position is 100% in person in order to work effectively with our on-site production engineers.

com/) Seeking an experienced candidate with 3-5 years previous experience in a manufacturing setting and looking for someone who can think outside of the box.
Main job focus is on business analysis, financial analysis with some accounting knowledge such as month end financials.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the data gathering, analyzing and information distribution to all levels of the organization.
Specific job duties include:
1.
Maintain and further develop our multiple reporting and analysis systems (Microsoft SQL Platform) helping to achieve our company vision for one version of the truth and transparency of information across the organization.
2.
Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for management review.
3.
Prepare critical business reports for quality, production, shipping, and sales related information.
Interacting with these departments to gather needed information.
4.
Assist in implementing process improvements across business systems.
This will include working with our ERP partner to implement enhancements for the end user community.
5.
Supervise staff reporting to this position 6.
Assist in various month end close activities within the finance department (monitor rebate and commission accounts through out the year).
7.
Manage special projects as needed associated with data analysis and business information needs.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with financial/business or accounting emphasis strongly preferred 3-5 years previous experience in business analysis, financial analysis or working in a start up company.
Some accounting skills required Entrepreneurial ability to think outside the box Strong business acumen required 2-4 years previous supervisory experience Knowledge in Microsoft platforms strongly preferred (including SQL query abilities) Read, comprehend and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Organized and great attention to detail Ability to work in a team oriented environment but also work independently Strong and commanding knowledge of computers and common business systems such as Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Power Point, and SQL Ability to thrive in a high energy and fast paced environment Excellent communication skills both internally and externally Ability to make complex data simple to understand Comfortable presenting and explaining information in a variety of settings GENEROUS!!
