You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success with sales and service departments.
This individual will gather and prepare information in various formats, track order entry process, and review inventory for the branch to provide accurate data to the corporate office.
Other projects include, but are not limited to:
Draft correspondences Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist guests Answer inbound telephone calls Maintain organized filing systems Prepare and process all sales orders Process all billings Maintain attendance & payroll information Perform other general office tasks
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Experience with city & county permits / variances / codes (helpful) Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Professional demeanor and apparel Great customer service and problem solving skills Job Type:
